Preliminary task evaluation

During the filming and editing of our preliminary task, I learned a wide array of skills and techniques regarding the process in which the uploading and editing part takes place. I developed my skills using final cut express to delete and rearrange cuts so as to give the final product the look we wanted. I also learned how to upload the footage onto the computer and how to import it onto the blog.

I believe we worked very well as a team to get the work done efficiently and to a high standard. We all also gave our input into the editing process to allow the team to have a say on what the final product should look like and how to improve it.

Our final product sees Luke being called to the managers office as the manager (me) is concerned with the attitude and effort the employee is putting into his work. We see the managers concern and the employee respond in a less than serious manner. We chose this story as it portrays a typical work related incident that is not that uncommon in todays world.
